We got an amazing deal at La Quinta Resort and Spa (through Priceline) and then were upgraded. :)
Here's our room, with the pool below. The resort has 41 pools, one for every courtyard.

Our favorite meal was here at the Adobe Grill above the gardens.We had a chicken tostada, but it was made with cabbage and cilantro dressing. Yum!

These are the original casitas built in 1926.Kirk really enjoyed looking at these start lights in the trees.
On the way home, we met up with Lynn and John and had "Comfort food" at the Farm House in Banning. Lynn broke her right pinkie and has to have surgery on the tendons. :(

Oh, these pictures are gorgeous! We didn't see all the pools, etc.... I'm so glad you got to go there! It's a beautiful place.
